Tiffany Cure, 20, Arrested After 3-Month-Old Baby Dies

On Thursday, Tiffany Cure, 20, was arrested in connection with the death of a 3-month-old baby in her care.

The baby, Stormi Swartz, died from her injuries in a Holdrege child abuse case.

Cure is charged with felony child abuse resulting in death and is being held on a $750,000 bond.

Authorities began investigating after the baby was brought to the hospital with severe injuries.

The investigation revealed that Cure was responsible for the baby's injuries.

Cure was arrested on Thursday and taken into custody.

Cure is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on December 1, 2023.

If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison.
